Generations Series - Terms and Conditions

This offer is valid with all Generations Series Homes provided a deposit is paid after the 1st July 2008. No structural variations (such as additional floor area etc) are allowed to these designs. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Rendered Features and Full Render option shall be design specific and to the front facade only. Rendered areas are restricted to those pre-drawn areas as illustrated in working drawings. Colorbond roofing option excludes sarking.
